Refund Policy & Group Bookings

No refund is given on any unhappy services received. We will gladly redo the treatment for you.

Group bookings or any treatments over 2 hours require a deposit of 50%. If less than 12 hours notice is given for cancellations, then this fee will not be refunded and you will be charged.

Gift Voucher Bookings

If you are redeeming a gift voucher for a service over 2 hours and do not give us 12 hours notice for cancellation, then 50% of your gift voucher will automatically become void.

Gift Voucher Policy

If your gift certificate has past its expiry date, it cannot be used or exchanged for any services or products. Please check the date to avoid disappointment.

Mobile Service Policy

- 50% deposit is required upon booking

- If suburb is more than 20 minutes away, then a travel fee will be required. Enquire within.
